YOU’RE READY FOR

weight-inclusive (Health at Every Size®) nutrition counseling

Liberation from Restriction, Diets, and Oppressive Food Systems

We believe that you should fuel your body from a place of freedom and autonomy rather than shame and guilt.

This is a place where you are the expert on your own body.

We’re simply a team of guides here to help you on your journey toward self-compassion so you can powerfully reconnect to your own inner authority and discover ultimate healing around food.

How and what we eat is more than just willpower, discipline, and restriction

We help our clients heal their relationship with food by working through the biology and physiology of nutrition as well as the social structures that affect how and what we eat.

We offer an actionable experience that builds skills, provides resources, and gives you a safe place to learn, grow, and heal. We help those who suffer from diagnosed eating disorders, disordered eating patterns, and body image issues find nourishment, agency, and peace.

Our Approach to Nutrition

  • You Are the Ultimate Authority

We believe that our bodies are powerful messengers of thoughts, feelings, and inner authority. To trust our own intuition is to live into what it means to be human.

  • Nothing is Black and White

What, how, and when you eat is all based on an ever-changing combination of variables and nuances such as culture, budget, time, experience, and preferences. We know you come to this work as a full human and we expect nothing less.

  • Self-Compassion Always

Guilt, shame, and self-loathing never created a sustainable framework for transformation. How we feed ourselves is so deeply tied to how we feel about ourselves. Finding healing in your body image is the first step.

  • You Have Options

You likely have been sold the idea that there is only one way and one path toward healing your relationship with food and your body. It’s likely one of shame, negative self-talk, and extreme restriction. We want you to know there are infinite ways forward. The only failure is staying stuck.
